Our administration staff undertake all manner of documentation progression during the approval process.  They are also heavily involved in client liaison, whilst approvals are still in the preparation stage.  Our administration staff are important connections in our processes and enable our technical staff and accredited certifiers the latitude to get on with completing the assessments and final package of documentation for issue and construction.
