Glenn joined BCA Certifiers (Aust) Pty Ltd in 2004 after 30 years of employment in local government with experience in the fields of engineering, environmental health and building surveying.
During his time in local government he was involved in significant industrial and commercial projects such as the Tomago Aluminium Smelter Expansion; British Aerospace Fighter Maintenance Facility, Williamtown and d’Albora Marina Complex at Nelson Bay. These projects and invariably many others since have involved the assessment and approval of fire engineered alternative building solutions that included liaison with NSW Fire Brigades, Department of Local Government and the Department of Planning to obtain relevant dispensations and approvals.
