Building Certifier
Nathan began his career in building surveying in 1990, and has completed recognised post graduate qualifications in town planning , fire safety design, and disability access.
Nathan has extensive experience and knowledge in all matters pertaining to the BCA and related building legislation. Nathan’s skills and experience ensure that clients are provided with sound advice and direction in the areas of development in building consent matters and fire and life safety issues relating to the building design.
Nathan is based in the Brisbane office and is responsible for assisting the Building Regulations functions within QLD, NSW and ACT. Nathan’s goal is to assist in further development of BCA Certifiers and expand on his knowledge and expertise in the industry.
Nathan has been involved in the building surveying profession for over 28 years, and has gained a diverse range of experience with both government and private industry operations. Nathan’s experience spans from small to large domestic residential developments, large industrial complexes, health buildings, shopping centres, sporting complexes, multi-storey office and government buildings.
